Tebaji Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Players

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested to verify your account.
• Keeping your password secure is your responsibility. You should never share it with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Tebaji reserves the right to request KYC verification at any time for security purposes. Identity verification is mandatory prior to large withdrawals, and withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement — for example, 30x the bonus amount. If you receive a 1,000 BDT bonus, you must place 30,000 BDT in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement for each bonus offer is clearly stated alongside the offer.
• Each bonus must be used within a set time frame — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through bonus codes may be subject to separate terms.
• Winnings from free spins are generally capped at ৳500 BDT.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Claiming bonuses using false or fraudulent information.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• If tebaji detects unusual or suspicious betting patterns on your account.

• Game outcomes are entirely random, and neither tebaji nor any player can influence or control the results.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, tebaji will determine the balance based on the most recent recorded state.
• If there is an error or inconsistency in a game's rules, tebaji reserves the right to void that round.
• In live games, the host's decision is final.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, any bets already placed will be saved.

Sports Betting

In Sports Betting, you may cancel a bet before the match begins. However, once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be cancelled. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tebaji. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack the platform or interfere with its security systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Impersonating tebaji to mislead or deceive other users.

Tebaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances.

Account Closure by tebaji

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months).
• Suspicious activity related to security or fraud.

Closing Your Account

You can request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
